“Full service” gets used loosely in our industry, so here's what it means at White Wood: we take complete ownership of the design process from start to finish. You aren't left coordinating between a designer who draws plans and a contractor who builds them — we do both. That means fewer miscommunications, tighter timelines, and a finished product that matches what you were promised.
Design & planning
We start with how you actually use your home — morning routines, how you cook, where the kids do homework, where the dog sleeps. From there we develop space plans, material palettes, lighting layouts, and furniture selections that fit your life, not just your Pinterest board.
Procurement & coordination
Once you approve the design, we handle ordering — cabinetry, tile, fixtures, hardware, furniture, accessories — and manage the timeline so materials arrive when they're needed. No scrambling, no delays because someone forgot to order the backsplash.
Construction oversight
Because we're a design-build studio, our design team works side by side with our construction team. We're on-site ensuring the tile pattern is right, the paint colour reads correctly in natural light, and the custom millwork fits exactly as drawn.
Styling & reveal
At the end of every project, we style the space with the finishing touches — textiles, artwork, accessories, and decor. You walk into a room that's not only built but fully finished and ready to live in from day one.

Discovery meeting
We visit your home, walk the space, and talk through goals, timeline, and investment range. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's possible and what comes next.
Concept development
Mood boards, space plans, material samples, and preliminary renderings. We present options, refine together, and lock in a scope of work with transparent pricing.
Detailed design
Full construction drawings, elevation details, material schedules, and fixture specifications. Everything your build team needs is documented before a single wall comes down.
Build & install
Our construction crew executes the design while our design team oversees finishes, styling, and quality. One team, one standard, start to finish.
